OpenFees Appoints Mabel Aliyu as Executive Director

OpenFees Educational Aid Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mabel Aliyu as its new Executive Director.
Mabel has been part of the OpenFees journey since 2017, beginning as a project volunteer and later serving as a part-time Field Coordinator. Her progression within the organization reflects her deep commitment, hands-on experience, and passion for advancing access to basic education.
With a strong dedication to ensuring that no child is left behind, Mabel steps into this role with extensive experience in expanding educational opportunities for underserved communities. She will lead OpenFees in strengthening its mission to eliminate financial barriers to basic education by connecting donors directly with students in need.
As Executive Director, Mabel will provide strategic direction, strengthen partnerships, enhance fundraising efforts, and ensure the effective delivery of OpenFees’ programs. Her leadership comes at a pivotal time as the organization seeks to scale its reach and deepen its impact across communities.
